Volunteer Administration Assistant

This is a great opportunity to assist a small but fast growing charity. We are looking for a pro-active volunteer administrative assistant (full time or part time) to mainly assist the Chairwoman with the general administration of the charity and to support the charity in various tasks such as creating and maintaining meeting minutes. This role may also include:

• Basic admin tasks
• Day to day administrative tasks such as filing, archiving, photocopying and updating records
• General letter writing including outreaching of certain campaigns
• Creation of receipts and invoices
• Answering and sending general emails
• Creating & updating various databases or spreadsheets
• Ordering and checking our product stock
• Update/inputting any documents for annual conference & support groups
• Filing necessary documents
• Sorting and prioritising incoming post, managing outgoing post
• Dealing with general postal enquiries
• Diary management for meetings
• Assist the Chair with general administration such as sending out information, setting up meetings, talks and seminars
• Creating our regular e-newsletter
• Maintaining our e-newsletter database/list
