Derbyshire Volunteer Passport
in Glossopdale

The Volunteer Passport is a countywide short training course, funded by Derbyshire County Council, exploring the key areas all volunteers need to be aware of.

Those who complete the training are awarded an accredited Level 1 Investors in Quality certificate for the NCFE, and a Volunteer Passport photo ID badge which shows they have undertaken this core training.

Anyone can have a Volunteer Passport

The Volunteer Passport is for anyone, of any age who volunteers or is interested in volunteering in the future.

You could be an experienced volunteer who already gives several hours a week or you could be thinking about volunteering for the first time.

You don’t need any qualifications or a disclosure and barring service (DBS) check to join this training. However, the agency you volunteer with will organise a DBS check for you if you need one for your role.
