Following a successful 20-year career in HR roles in the private, public and charity sectors across the North West, Clare set up People Happy Ltd, an HR consultancy that specialises in supporting the VCFSE sector through developing people strategies and solutions, and making a positive impact. Clare’s focus is on delivering expert and professional HR solutions, supporting organisational growth and people development.

Clare, originally from the North East, has lived in Glossop since starting a family, and has even encouraged some of her family to move to the area.  Clare enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, running around the area (slowly!) and dancing in the kitchen on a weekend.
