We are a friendly, volunteer-led community group dedicated to keeping Glossop clean, green, and beautiful. Whether you’re a long-time local or new to the area, we’d love for you to join us in making a difference!

Glossop Big Pick started with a simple goal: to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for everyone in our town. By picking up litter, we help preserve the natural beauty of Glossop while nurturing a sense of pride and community spirit.

Our group meets regularly to tackle litter hotspots, enjoy a bit of fresh air, and connect with others who care about keeping Glossop a lovely place to live!

From here, we organize into small teams and head out to designated areas. We provide all the necessary equipment, including litter pickers, gloves, and bags, so all you need to bring is enthusiasm!
