Empowering communities through grants and donations
The Bureau is a registered charity organisation that is committed to providing vital services to our communities. We rely entirely on grants funding, contracts, and donations to keep our operations running. Without this support, we would not be able to continue the important work that we do. We understand that charitable organisations like ours would not be able to function without the generosity of foundations, trusts, and other organisations. That is why we are deeply grateful for the support of the following foundations, trusts, and organisations. Their contributions allow us to continue making a positive impact in the lives of people in our communities.

Other supporters and partners
Above you will find the majority of our major funders, who we work closely with to provide services that we have either bid for, or they have commissioned us to do. However we do also work with a lot of other local and national organisations who provide support to us in other ways – whether that is by providing us with some income via room rental, providing services out of our building for local people, or even just by being part of working groups to support each other. These partnerships are just as valuable!

Want to help support our charity?
Often our funding has to be spent on specific things like staff wages and overheads like electricity, which doesn’t always leave us much wiggle room. We are a small locally focused charity making a big impact in the Glossopdale area. Without the support of our donors, volunteers and supporters we couldn’t achieve such positive outcomes for people.
We rely entirely on the donations of people like you, alongside our funding! Please take a moment to think about how you can support us. You might simply want to:
- Make a donation, (please don’t forget Gift Aid!)
- Maybe you’d prefer to give an amount on a regular basis.
- Your group, organisation or business might choose to sponsor one of our projects.
- Or you might choose to have fun with some friends and organise an event in aid of The Bureau.
