The Bureau is committed to supporting local community groups, organisations, and individuals by offering a range of community resource services at accessible prices. Our community resource services include:
Room Hire
Looking for a space to hold your next meeting, training session, group activity, or private party? We have four rooms available to hire by the community.
Hot Desk Rental
Are you a freelancer, remote worker, or entrepreneur looking for a flexible and affordable workspace? Our hot desk rental service is the perfect solution. For just £1000 per full-time desk (1 day) per year, you’ll have access to all utilities and WiFi, as well as a printer and scanner that will be charged on a usage basis.
Hot desks are available for as little as one day per week, but bookings need to be made in 6-month blocks.

Printing, Photocopying, and Binding Services
In addition to our other community resource services, we also offer printing, photocopying, and binding services. Below are our printing and photocopying charges. You can arrange these services through email or by dropping into the office.
Black and White
- 5p per A4 single-side sheet
- 8p per A4 double-side sheet
- 15p per A3 single-side sheet
- 20p per A3 double-side sheet
Colour
- 15p per A4 single-side sheet
- 25p per A4 double-side sheet
- 35p per A3 single-side sheet
- 45p per A3 double-side sheet
Surcharges
- £1.00 per 50 sheets guillotined
Binding
- £1.00 per binding up to 100 pages
Wheelchair Loan
Need a wheelchair for a local event or activity? We offer wheelchair hire to local groups for up to a maximum of 2 weeks. A £10 donation in advance is requested for this.
