We are working closely with a brand new social prescribing service for young people in Derbyshire. Hosted by Chesterfield FC Community Trust, Thrive will work with young people that are:

• Not in Education, Employment or Training or at risk of becoming so

• Refugees / Asylum Seekers

• Care Leavers

• Young Carers / Young Adult Carers

 They support young people in a variety of ways, whether it is finding a course or qualification, building confidence to meet new people, finding activities or catching public transport.
