Paula joins us as our newest Community Navigator, after 30 years’ experience within the Police force and more recent time spent in the third sector locally. She brings a great deal of experience of working within communities and supporting individuals, and has some fantastic awards and achievements to boot!

Paula supports Lisa, Bev and Ruth within the Community Navigation team, working 1-1 with individuals to achieve their goals. She can be either found working away on client notes in our office, or mostly out and about in the community at groups, doing home visits and keeping in touch with our clients and volunteers!
